SHEA GLOBAL · Cloud & DevOps
This package builds one primary integration with one documented third-party API and up to five endpoints.
Is this service right for you?
Organisations whose application needs to exchange data with a payment provider, communication service, partner system, or another platform.
Consider an integration when staff still transfer data manually or two systems need to keep shared information in sync.
The integration operates between the primary application and the agreed provider. API documentation and sandbox access must be available.
How the project moves forward
Define the information to be sent or received and the owner of each system.
Review documentation, authentication, up to five endpoints, usage limits, and errors.
Build the connector and test payloads, tokens, callbacks, duplicates, and provider outages.
Hand over integration code, data mapping, endpoint documentation, the test matrix, and activation plan.
Connection of one application to one third-party service through a documented API.
Mapping of the integration requirement.
Provider, use case, data direction, source/destination systems, rate limits, and API availability.
Integration with one provider API.
API version, sandbox/live environment, authentication, credential ownership, and scopes.
No more than five agreed endpoints.
Method, path, payload, field mapping, validation, response codes, and pagination where relevant.
Secure provider connection.
OAuth/API key/token, refresh, expiry, secret storage, and revocation procedure.
Data transformation between two systems.
Schema, field types, mandatory fields, timezone, normalization, and deduplication rules.
Communication-failure handling.
Timeout, retry policy, rate limit, idempotency, invalid payload, and user-facing errors.
Request and error trace without secret disclosure.
Correlation ID, masked payload, retention, alert recipient, and audit scope.
Sandbox and acceptance scenarios.
Happy path, failure cases, duplicate callbacks, permission errors, API outage, and recovery.
Integration and operational documentation.
Endpoint inventory, mapping, test evidence, credential ownership, and support escalation.
For 90 days after Final Acceptance, reproducible implementation defects against the approved written scope are covered. Feature requests, provider changes, external incidents, and unauthorized changes require change control. Production deployment, restart, database, IAM, DNS, and cutover actions require separate explicit authorization.
No package-specific add-on or recurring maintenance price is published here. Additional scope requires verified price-book authority, an approved SLA where applicable, and written approval.
