SHEA GLOBAL · Cloud & DevOps
This package assesses one application, addresses selected security priorities, applies compatible dependency updates, and refactors up to two modules while preserving agreed business behaviour.
Is this service right for you?
Owners of an application that still works but is difficult to maintain, uses older dependencies, or has security findings that need prioritisation.
The service is useful before an important release, after an assessment identifies risks, or when small changes are becoming difficult to make safely.
Work is carried out in one approved repository and test environment. Production release still follows a separate approval and rollback plan.
How the project moves forward
Perform a read-only assessment of architecture, dependencies, testing, and risks.
Agree on the findings to address and up to two modules to refactor.
Apply compatible changes and run regression and performance checks.
Hand over the change record, before-and-after evidence, residual risks, and rollback plan.
Improved maintainability and security for one existing application without changing business behavior outside the agreed scope.
Application inventory and prioritized risk review.
Repository/branch, runtime, dependency versions, architecture, test coverage, and security constraints.
Remediation of selected vulnerabilities.
Finding, severity, exploitability, remediation plan, and acceptance; the final list is locked.
Compatible dependency upgrades.
Version matrix, breaking-change assessment, lockfiles, regression checks, and rollback.
Code-structure improvements in two modules.
Module boundaries, interfaces, test coverage, behavior preservation, and performance baseline.
Review of relevant security controls.
Access permissions, secrets, headers, session policy, input validation, and only agreed items.
Baseline and result comparison.
Selected endpoint response time, resource utilization, test conditions, and bottleneck evidence.
Verification that critical functionality remains intact.
Critical user journeys, role permissions, failure scenarios, and automated/manual evidence.
Recovery path if changes cause problems.
Backup, release artifact, feature flags where available, revert steps, owner, and approval gate.
Change record and residual-risk transfer.
Change log, fixed/not-fixed matrix, residual risks, QA evidence, and owner acceptance.
For 90 days after Final Acceptance, reproducible implementation defects against the approved written scope are covered. Feature requests, provider changes, external incidents, and unauthorized changes require change control. Production deployment, restart, database, IAM, DNS, and cutover actions require separate explicit authorization.
No package-specific add-on or recurring maintenance price is published here. Additional scope requires verified price-book authority, an approved SLA where applicable, and written approval.
