Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality English language training programs across various educational and professional environments. You will facilitate interactive classes that focus on developing practical communication skills, including speaking, listening, presentation, business communication, and professional workplace English.

The role requires the ability to conduct engaging lessons for students of different age groups and proficiency levels while maintaining high academic standards and learner engagement. You will work closely with schools, educational institutions, private learners, and corporate clients to ensure that training objectives are achieved effectively.

In addition to classroom instruction, you may be required to deliver Business English programs, Executive English Coaching sessions, Corporate English Training workshops, Public Speaking courses, English Conversation Classes, Presentation Skills Training, Interview Preparation Programs, and customized communication workshops tailored to client needs.

You will be expected to monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, conduct assessments when required, and contribute to continuous program improvement. The ability to adapt teaching methodologies to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds is essential.

Candidates should also be comfortable teaching both face-to-face and online classes using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

Applicants must be native English speakers from countries where English is the primary language, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa. Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written English skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in both educational and business settings.

A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is preferred, particularly in fields such as Education, English Language, Linguistics, Communication, Business, International Relations, or related disciplines. Professional teaching certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or Trinity CertTESOL will be considered a significant advantage.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in English language education, ESL instruction, Business English training, executive coaching, corporate learning and development, or international education environments. Experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and corporate professionals will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, proactive, and capable of creating positive learning experiences that inspire learners to communicate confidently in English.

Applicants should also possess strong digital literacy skills and be comfortable delivering online lessons using modern educational technologies and virtual learning platforms. The ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and maintain professional relationships with clients and learners is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience teaching Business English, Corporate English Training, Executive English Coaching, IELTS Preparation, TOEFL Preparation, Public Speaking, Leadership Communication, Customer Service English, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, or industry-specific English programs will be given priority consideration.

Experience working with international schools, private schools, universities, multinational corporations, training providers, educational foundations, and government institutions will be highly regarded.
